I had the honor of photographing the most beautiful baby shower that I have ever laid my eyes on. When you stepped on site at the Pomme in Radnor, PA you are greeted by two swans swimming in their private pond that is adjacent to a bridge covered in seasonal greenery. Yellow, green and blue pastel balloons invited you into the warmth inside. The dining room was tastefully decorated with small hot air balloons, clouds and tiny French mice.

The Hind’s guests slowly poured in and greeted the expecting mom and dad with huge hugs, congratulations and smiles. Everyone enjoyed a delicious brunch of hors d’oeuvres, waffles, specialty drinks and made-to-order omelets. Jess and Kevin were surrounded by fifty of their closest friends and family as they tore open pastel and animal print wrapping paper. Each present they opened was ultimately for the most precious gift that is entering the world very, very soon.

Jess and Kevin’s have dreamed of starting a family since they were first married. When they reached their 30’s, they knew it would be the best time for them to become parents. Well age 30 came and went and their family still consisted of the two of them. After some ups and downs in their journey to become parents, they are so excited that baby boy Hinds will finally be here in two short months!

I’ve heard it said that expecting moms have a beautiful glow to their faces. Well I can confirm that Jess was radiant and so joyful.

Jess and Kevin, you are going to be AMAZING parents. You are so kind, caring and thoughtful. The love you have for one another will pour into your little one and they will know they are dearly loved. I am so excited for you and the growth in your family.
