For months, the mother of the bride had been praying for a beautiful April wedding for her daughter and future son-in-law.  There was rain in the forecast the same week of the wedding. The prayers increased and the percentage of precipitation decreased. Faith held the rain off for Hannah and John’s beautiful spring wedding at the Manor in Mountain View.

Hannah and John’s wedding was really special to me personally. I’ve known Hannah and her family since middle school. We attended a small private school and were probably in 85% of the same classes from seventh through twelfth grade. John’s family also attended the same school in the same close knit community. That community is part of what brought us together for their celebration of marriage. Hannah and John knew each other but had no prior friendship or interest until just these past couple of years. Their sisters are the ones to credit for suggesting the potential romance that turned into a truly beautiful relationship.

Hannah and John truly reveled in their celebration of one another. Sometimes couples get stressed out or get distracted by the busyness of a wedding day. Not these two. They were truly absorbed with one another and enjoying each part of the festivities. Throughout the day these two were breaking into laughter and Hannah’s nose would crinkle as she giggled toward John. You can tell that John just adores Hannah with all that is within him. They are truly a perfect match and deeply in love.

I was honored to be part of their big day surrounded by a lot of familiar faces that felt like my own family. Hannah and John, congratulations again on your marriage and life together.
